Fullstack Developer (Vue/Node.js)

Location: Hybrid in Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania; home working and work from anywhere are also mentioned as flexible options.

Gross salary: €5,600–€7,600 per month, based on experience and competence.

What you will do

• Own AI Builder and eCommerce features end-to-end, from customer needs through delivery and impact measurement.
• Build Vue.js 3 frontend components and design and implement Node.js APIs.
• Work across frontend and backend systems, including databases, SQL queries, and application performance.
• Debug full-stack issues and optimize frontend bundle sizes and backend services.
• Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product managers on UX, API design, and product direction.
• Make technical decisions and ship regularly within an autonomous squad.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of full-stack experience with modern JavaScript or TypeScript across frontend and backend.
• Frontend experience with Vue.js, React, or Angular, plus TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3/SCSS.
• Backend experience with Node.js, REST APIs, and PostgreSQL or MySQL databases.
• Knowledge of message queueing technologies such as RabbitMQ, BullMQ, or GCP Pub/Sub.
• Experience writing unit tests, understanding E2E testing, using SQL and ORMs, and collaborating through Git branches, pull requests, and code reviews.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to learn independently and explain technical decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Docker and containerization experience.
• Performance optimization experience on either frontend or backend.
• Exposure to DevOps or CI/CD.
