HRIS Analyst

Location: Remote within the United States; Dallas, TX is listed in the position details. Occasional travel may be required.

What you will do

• Configure, maintain, secure, and enhance HRIS and talent management applications, primarily Greenhouse.
• Support integrations between Greenhouse and other business applications, including troubleshooting and data exchange activities.
• Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and test cases for system changes and integrations.
• Partner with HR, IT, Business Systems, vendors, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technology solutions.
• Manage vendor issues, product updates, communications, training, and change implementation activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, automation, system functionality, and user experience.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience supporting HRIS, HR technology, talent management systems, or business applications.
• Experience configuring and administering HRIS, ATS, or talent management applications, with Greenhouse experience preferred.
• Experience supporting integrations, troubleshooting system issues, and managing application security, roles, permissions, and access.
• Experience creating and executing system testing plans, scenarios, and test cases.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, documentation, and Microsoft Office skills.

Nice to have

• Greenhouse administration or configuration experience.
• Experience with multiple HR technology platforms, implementations, vendor management, or major system enhancements.
• Experience presenting recommendations to leadership or steering committees and developing training or change management materials.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
