Senior Software Product Manager (m/f/x) (Retail Software)

Location: Albstadt, Baden-Württemberg, Germany; one day of mobile working per week is possible after onboarding. International travel is required, and relocation to the US (Ohio) is possible but not mandatory.

What you will do

• Own the retail software product strategy, business performance, pricing, roadmap, profitability, and lifecycle cost optimization.
• Conduct market and competitive analyses and translate findings into product decisions.
• Collaborate with software development, marketing, sales, service, and international subsidiaries.
• Present software products and features to sales organizations and customers, supporting complex software offerings and customized solutions.
• Plan product positioning and marketing communications, and report on product performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in software product management.
• Understanding of software integrations, cloud environments, and enterprise software.
• Experience with agile methodologies, requirements management, and product lifecycle management.
• Strong commercial, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills in an international environment.
• Fluent English required; willingness to travel internationally.
