Tech Lead - .NET

What you will do

• Lead the technical execution of complex .NET projects, ensuring quality, scalability, delivery, and cost efficiency.
• Provide hands-on guidance through architecture decisions, coding challenges, technical blockers, mentoring, and code reviews.
• Design robust, scalable end-to-end cloud solutions aligned with client requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, clients, and technical stakeholders on requirements, priorities, timelines, and SLA commitments.
• Identify technical debt and improvement opportunities while supporting documentation, knowledge sharing, onboarding, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on software development experience, including at least 5 years with .NET.
• Experience as a Technical Lead or technical mentor, with a record of building and supporting high-performance engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of AWS or Azure, microservices architecture, design patterns, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD, Gitflow, Infrastructure as Code, configuration management, and deployment patterns.
• Understanding of API security, data privacy, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; strong communication and problem-solving skills.
