Regulatory Engagement Manager (Insurance)

Location: Hybrid working with 1 day per week in Eastleigh; flexible working is available within the UK

Salary: Up to £100,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate hirify.global UK's engagement with the FCA and PRA.
• Develop and deliver a proactive regulatory engagement strategy.
• Coordinate regulatory meetings, reviews, requests, submissions, and supervisory interactions.
• Prepare senior leaders for regulatory meetings with briefings and messaging.
• Maintain oversight of regulatory actions, commitments, and deadlines.
• Provide governance reporting, monitor regulatory developments, and drive improvements to engagement frameworks.

Requirements

• Proven experience in regulatory engagement, compliance, risk, legal, governance, or a similar financial services role.
• Strong understanding of the UK regulatory landscape and the FCA and PRA.
• Experience managing regulatory requests, submissions, meetings, or supervisory interactions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisation, regulatory judgement, risk assessment, and escalation skills.
• Knowledge of Consumer Duty, SM&CR, operational resilience, and governance frameworks.
