Engineer - Planning - Construction Supervision (Construction)

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent planning tools.
• Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities in line with project plans, specifications, and safety requirements.
• Track project progress, budgets, resources, and performance metrics, implementing corrective actions where needed.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation, including schedules, change orders, and correspondence.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and site teams to resolve planning conflicts and technical issues.
• Analyze project risks and construction methodologies, developing mitigation strategies and productivity improvements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in construction planning, scheduling, or project supervision.
• Experience managing large-scale construction projects from planning through completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, industry standards, budget management, cost control, and financial analysis.
• Leadership, organization, time management, communication, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with UAE construction regulations, building codes, safety standards, and local compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
