What you will do
- Procure electronic components in line with supply chain strategies and company policies.
- Negotiate supplier pricing, quantities, delivery schedules, and exclusive agreements.
- Build relationships with global suppliers and qualify new suppliers.
- Maintain accurate supplier, account, contact, CRM, and ERP records.
- Manage purchase orders and records of goods ordered and received.
- Collaborate with Sales to fulfill customer orders and resolve quality or delivery discrepancies.
Requirements
- Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize work, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience in electronic components, EMS, or procurement is valuable; relevant experience may range from 1–5 years depending on background.
- Familiarity with procurement procedures, ERP systems, and electronics supply chain dynamics is valuable.
