Deliverability Procurement Manager (SMS/Email)

Base salary range: 1,009,524–1,261,905 CZK per year

What you will do

• Manage the commercial performance of SMS and email deliverability vendors, including contracts, rate cards, renewals, commitments, spend, volumes, and unit costs.
• Source, evaluate, and onboard vendors while expanding coverage and redundancy in new geographies.
• Negotiate commercial terms and optimize custom pricing, rate cards, routing, and margin with Pricing, Sales, and Deliverability.
• Build vendor scorecards covering cost, quality, and reliability, and manage escalation paths for customer-impacting issues.
• Benchmark the supply base, manage vendor risk and contingency options, and identify margin-improvement opportunities.
• Present cost, margin, risk, and deliverability insights to commercial and technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, category management, or commercial and pricing roles.
• Hands-on experience negotiating vendor or carrier contracts, rate cards, and commercial terms.
• Strong understanding of unit economics, margin, supplier costs, customer pricing, and supply-base risk management.
• Experience collaborating with Pricing, Sales, and technical or deliverability teams.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel and ability to build cost, pricing, and margin models.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SMS or email deliverability, telecom or carrier pricing, or messaging vendors.
• Experience using AI in cost, pricing, or margin modeling.
