What you will do
- Procure raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods based on production plans and forecasts.
- Monitor inventory and safety stock levels to ensure timely material availability for production.
- Maintain accurate material, supplier, and pricing data in SAP.
- Analyze demand, inventory, procurement performance, forecasting, and supplier performance data.
- Manage supplier claims, complaints, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with sourcing, planning, warehouse, and supply chain teams on process improvements.
Requirements
- Vocational training or a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in purchasing, sourcing, procurement, or a similar role.
- Experience using SAP in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
- Experience with inventory management and demand planning.
- Knowledge of procurement reporting, forecasting, and supplier performance analysis.
- Proficiency in Portuguese, English, and French is required.
