Specialist I, Compliance Monitoring (Technology Compliance)

Location: Pune, India; hybrid with in-person work at an assigned hirify.global office a minimum of two days per week

What you will do

• Support the planning, execution, and documentation of technology compliance monitoring reviews.
• Perform control testing and evaluate the effectiveness of IT General Controls.
• Assess User Access Management, Change Management, and IT Operations controls.
• Identify control gaps, risks, and deficiencies and support remediation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Technology, Information Security, Internal Audit, Risk Management, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in Technology Compliance, IT Risk Management, IT Audit, ITGC Testing, SOX Compliance, Information Security Compliance, or a related field.
• Understanding of IT General Controls and technology risk management principles.
• Knowledge of SOX ITGC, NIST, PCI-DSS, and SOC 1/SOC 2 frameworks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with GRC tools such as Archer, ServiceNow GRC, Remedy, MetricStream, or AuditBoard.
