Operations Specialist (SaaS)

Location: Barcelona, Spain; hybrid work with 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Execute exception handling and daily workflows for customer invoice matching.
• Manage merchant classification and data enrichment with high accuracy.
• Support recurring customer payment, reconciliation, and reward payout processes.
• Operate manual fallbacks for automated product features to maintain a seamless customer experience.
• Identify workflow friction and recurring patterns, then collaborate with Product on operational improvements and automation.

Requirements

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• High attention to detail and reliability when handling structured, repetitive operational processes.
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow established protocols while handling edge cases critically.
• Interest in technology startups, SaaS, and modern Product and Operations tools.
• Ability to work from the Barcelona office 3 days per week.
