What you will do

• Design and establish the Business Continuity Management programme across the designated country from a greenfield state.
• Lead Business Impact Analyses, continuity planning, threat and vulnerability assessments, and integration with Enterprise Risk Management.
• Define and implement the multi-year BCM roadmap, policies, procedures, and divisional framework alignment.
• Build and maintain an ISO 22301-certified, auditable Business Continuity Management System.
• Develop mandatory training and high-fidelity, cross-functional simulation exercises for all staff levels.
• Manage BCM vendors, subcontracted services, operating budgets, and tactical support during incidents and post-incident reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in Business Continuity Management.
• Advanced English and Spanish.
• Strong communication, management, leadership, teamwork, proactivity, and global vision.
• Ability to work with interdisciplinary business functions and manage external vendors.
