Associate Manager, Academy Operations (AI)

What you will do

• Own the PXA content roadmap, prioritisation logic, capacity assumptions, and delivery trade-offs.
• Coordinate the LMS and authoring-stack migration together with the full content rebrand.
• Manage content requests across Jira, Asana, and enablement forums, deciding what to deliver, defer, or descope.
• Run the production pipeline from scripts and storyboards through editing, builds, QA, and reviews.
• Lead and develop the operations team, including onboarding, workload allocation, progression, and delivery standards.
• Drive measurable efficiency improvements through AI and automation, reporting on throughput, delivery timelines, and OKRs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in education, enablement, or learning operations, including at least one year leading people.
• Strong project and programme management experience with hands-on Jira and Asana proficiency.
• Experience working in a SaaS environment, ideally in customer education, academy, or enablement.
• Confidence managing stakeholders across marketing, product, and customer-facing functions.
• Working knowledge of instructional design, LMS architecture, and content production.
• Solutions-oriented approach, strong attention to detail, and comfort making decisions with incomplete information.

Nice to have

• Affiliate and Partnerships Industry Fundamentals Certification by PXA.
• Experience managing a platform or LMS migration.
• Experience applying AI or automation to creative or educational workflows.
• Familiarity with Confluence, Rise, or Thought Industries.
