Treasurer (Robotics)

Building commercially scalable and safe hirify.global robots, including the HMND-01 Alpha platform used in industrial pilots.

What you will do

• Own bank account management, cash forecasting, liquidity, cash pooling, and intercompany funding across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
• Design and execute the group FX strategy while managing interest-rate, counterparty, and broader financial risk.
• Source and structure venture debt, working-capital facilities, equipment financing, credit lines, and strategic financing partnerships.
• Support equity fundraising through pitch decks, investment memoranda, financial narratives, data-room management, and investor diligence.
• Manage investor relations, investor updates, board materials, capitalisation reporting, and cap-table processes.
• Establish treasury and investment policies, controls, systems, and compliance processes for a fast-growing international business.

Requirements

• Significant experience in treasury, corporate finance, capital markets, or a closely related field, including operational treasury and fundraising.
• Experience managing FX and financial risk across multi-entity, multi-currency organisations.
• Hands-on experience with bank account management, banking platforms, cash-flow forecasting, financing execution, and lender relationships.
• Direct involvement in equity fundraising, including pitch decks, investment memos, data rooms, and investor diligence.
• Strong financial modelling, analytical, and written communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; experience in a venture-backed startup, scale-up, hardware, robotics, deep tech, manufacturing, or banking is relevant.

Nice to have

• Professional qualification such as ACT/AMCT, CFA, ACA/ACCA/CIMA, or CTP.
• Familiarity with cap-table management and investor-relations tooling.
• Experience with international expansion and entity setup across multiple jurisdictions.
