Treasury Manager

Location: Monterrey, Mexico; onsite

What you will do

• Lead a team of 2–3 within a global treasury organization.
• Oversee timely and accurate reporting and transaction processing.
• Manage daily cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, and treasury payments across multiple currencies and regions.
• Optimize global liquidity through intercompany funding, cash pooling, in-house banking, investments, and netting.
• Reconcile bank accounts, support month-end close, and deliver free cash flow reporting and forecasting.
• Drive treasury technology enhancements, automation, standardized banking processes, policies, procedures, and controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive treasury experience and previous team leadership experience.
• Strong experience in global cash management and multi-currency liquidity structures.
• Experience in multinational, publicly traded companies and collaboration with internal and external audit.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and technology skills, including Microsoft Office, banking platforms, and treasury management systems.
