Management Accountant (Ceres Group)

Location: Remote - Hungary

hirify.global acquires, manages, and builds enterprise software companies across multiple vertical markets as part of Jonas Software and Constellation Software.

What you will do

• Produce monthly management reports, financial statements, supporting schedules, tax computations, and cash flow forecasts.
• Investigate variances against benchmarks and communicate financial analysis and business recommendations to non-financial managers.
• Maintain Excel-based balance sheet reconciliations and support packs.
• Support quarterly strategic reviews, forecasting, statutory audits, and the delivery of audit information packs.
• Lead finance process and system improvements and contribute to transformation projects.
• Support regional acquisitions, including integration into Vesta systems, processes, controls, and policies.

Requirements

• Strong commercial acumen, financial analysis, problem-solving, and business-partnering skills.
• Strong Excel skills, including modeling, data interrogation, and reconciliations; experience with Microsoft Office is required.
• Fluent English in verbal and written communication is required.
• Knowledge of IFRS is preferred.
• Experience in an international business or software/high-tech industry is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and work with senior stakeholders with limited supervision.
