Junior Software Engineer (AdTech) (Java/Spring): Building and maintaining an advertising technology platform for audience intelligence and campaign automation with an accent on backend and frontend development, distributed systems, and large-scale data processing. Focus on integrating external APIs and third-party services, researching core technologies, and solving technical challenges across Java, databases, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Location: Warsaw, Poland — hybrid, combining remote and in-person work

What you will do
- Contribute to the development, enhancement, and maintenance of the main advertising technology platform.
- Develop features across backend and frontend components.
- Use Java, Spring Boot, MongoDB, Vertica, MySQL, AWS, S3, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Research core technologies and integrate external APIs and third-party services.
- Develop effective solutions to ongoing technical challenges.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience developing complex enterprise web applications and distributed systems in production.
- BSc in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Experience with Java programming and the Spring framework.
- Experience working with relational and non-relational databases.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and collaborate effectively.
Nice to have
- Experience with modern UI frameworks such as Angular, Vue, or React.
