Solutions Engineer (DevOps)

Location: Hybrid role based in the London office at HYLO, 103–105 Bunhill Row, London EC1Y 8LZ; 3 days in the office and 2 days remote

What you will do

• Guide strategic customers and prospects in building robust DevOps and DevSecOps processes with the hirify.global Platform.
• Support technical sales activities and contribute to technical wins and customer advocacy.
• Demonstrate hirify.global technology and customer success at events and conferences.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to communicate the technical and business value of hirify.global solutions.
• Influence product features and roadmap decisions based on customer needs.
• Track technology trends across DevOps and DevSecOps, including agentic development.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in technical sales or sales engineering.
• Experience building relationships with customer champions and senior stakeholders.
• Proven experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git integrations, and build tools.
• Hands-on experience with application security tools, including SCA, SAST, SBOM management, or container security.
• Experience building software pipelines with DevOps tools and working with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Hands-on experience with agentic development workflows and related technical elements such as LLMs, MCPs, skills, and prompts is mandatory.
