Senior DevOps Engineer

Location: United Kingdom; fully remote

What you will do

• Build geo-distributed infrastructure focused on service performance and reliability.
• Participate in the full project lifecycle, including service design, development, resource planning, and maintenance.
• Improve fault tolerance, scalability, postmortems, and bottleneck elimination.
• Automate build, testing, CI/CD, and application delivery processes.
• Develop infrastructure management tools and contribute to the creation of a PaaS platform.
• Participate in on-call duty and collaborate with development and data teams.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of Linux, including Ubuntu and Amazon Linux.
• Experience with Kubernetes clusters and Docker or Containerd.
• Experience with public and private clouds, including AWS, GCP, and Yandex.Cloud.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Ansible or SaltStack and writing roles, playbooks, states, and pillars.
• Strong command of Git and the ability to independently decompose and complete tasks.
