TL;DR
Cloud Engineering Specialist (AWS): Designing and evolving AWS cloud platform infrastructure, IaC, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized services for web, mobile, and backend systems with an accent on scalability, reliability, automation, and DevSecOps. Focus on building multi-tenant PaaS solutions, improving monitoring and alerting, and applying AI, AIOps, and FinOps to reduce operational effort and increase delivery velocity.

What you will do
- Design and lead the technical evolution of AWS platform engineering, automation frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop and deliver infrastructure as code and container-based platform solutions for web, mobile, application, and backend systems.
- Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership for multi-tenant technology and PaaS solutions.
- Build infrastructure tooling and automation that improve service availability, scalability, latency, efficiency, reliability, and delivery velocity.
- Advance AIOps, AI, and FinOps initiatives by using operational and engagement data to drive continuous improvements.
- Design and implement robust monitoring and alerting systems while supporting Engineering, Product, and SRE stakeholders.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience managing enterprise-scale containerized infrastructure.
- Strong experience with AWS services including EKS, ECS, EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, and IAM.
- Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and ArgoCD.
- Expertise with Terraform, Crossplane, CloudFormation, cloud automation, and deployment pipelines using GitLab CI, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.
- Proficiency in Java/Spring Boot or Python for platform engineering and automation.
- Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Dynatrace, and cloud security, compliance, governance, and risk management.
Nice to have
- AWS DevOps Engineer or Solutions Architect certification at Associate or Professional level.
- Experience with AI/ML adoption, Cloud FinOps, cloud migrations, service onboarding, and cloud security tooling.
- Experience making scalable, secure, business-aligned architecture decisions and influencing diverse stakeholders.
