Equipment Delivery Manager (Biotech)

Salary: EUR 44,559–60,285 gross per year

What you will do

• Lead assigned equipment delivery workstreams across projects, equipment packages, suppliers, and global sites.
• Maintain master equipment registers, package trackers, decision logs, risk registers, and leadership reporting.
• Coordinate procurement and buyout readiness, supplier follow-up, package strategy, quotations, and PR/PO readiness.
• Track design submittals, vendor drawings, utility and automation interfaces, fabrication readiness, and scope gaps.
• Oversee supplier documentation readiness for FAT, SAT, CQV, turnover, delivery, installation support, and asset readiness.
• Monitor cost, schedule, risks, change-order triggers, supplier performance, and project closeout lessons learned.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree with relevant experience, or a master’s degree with 5 years, bachelor’s degree with 7 years, associate’s degree with 10 years, or high school diploma/GED with 12 years of experience.
• Experience in project controls, procurement, source-to-pay, finance, engineering, capital projects, or related project delivery activities.
• Strong coordination, stakeholder management, leadership, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing workstreams, package readiness, supplier milestones, project documentation, and structured governance.
• Experience with capital equipment delivery in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, advanced manufacturing, or other regulated industries is preferred.
• Proficiency in English is required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, project management and reporting tools, automation solutions, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
• Relevant certification in project management, procurement, supply chain, finance, or process improvement.
• Experience in global organizations, shared services, reporting standardization, continuous improvement, and lessons-learned programs.
