SCM Business Partner (Procurement)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; flexible hybrid model with 8–10 in-office days per month.

What you will do

• Manage local-market and supplier relationships through the stakeholder management framework.
• Improve supplier delivery and performance using supplier performance and commercial contract management frameworks.
• Contribute to category strategy development and implementation, including recommendations on pricing, equipment diversity, and process standardization.
• Lead demand management and forecasting to optimize resource utilization.
• Deliver savings and value-added targets in line with SCM methodology and performance measures.
• Manage business partners or independently set objectives, performance targets, and career development plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong business acumen and commercial mindset.
• Proven experience in supplier management and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of commercial contract management, demand management, procurement, and sourcing practices.
• Experience developing and implementing category strategies, with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
