Location: Oslo, Norway, on-site. The internship runs from January to May 2027. Candidates must be enrolled in a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree program at an educational institution in Norway and arrange and cover their own travel and accommodation.
Compensation: Unpaid internship completed as part of an academic program.

What you will do
- Prepare, clean, and validate datasets for recurring analysis and reporting.
- Support KPI reporting and dashboard updates for live games.
- Conduct defined analyses including retention cuts, cohort breakdowns, player profiling, and live-operations readouts.
- Support telemetry and event-tracking checks and investigate straightforward data-quality issues.
- Turn findings into clear charts and summaries and share results with the analytics team.
Requirements
- Current enrollment in a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree program at an educational institution in Norway is required.
- Relevant fields include analytics, data science, statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science, engineering, natural sciences, psychology, or cognitive science.
- Some practical exposure to data through coursework, a thesis, or personal projects using Excel, Python, R, or SQL.
- Curiosity about games, players, and data, with an interest in turning messy questions into clear answers.
- Clear English communication is required; English is the working language.
- Genuine passion for video games, particularly survival games, multiplayer and MMO experiences, or open-world titles.
