Data Analytics Internship (Python/SQL)

Location: Onsite at the hirify.global corporate office in Pella, Iowa, USA

What you will do

• Research and resolve issues using databases, data and process models, business requirements, and related information sources.
• Support automated tools for data cleansing, matching, and quality monitoring of legacy master and transactional data.
• Troubleshoot discrepancies and help maintain the integrity and quality of information assets.
• Assist with Business Intelligence projects using Agile methodology.
• Contribute to dashboard design, documentation, and data storytelling.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program in Statistical Science, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
• Knowledge of data analysis tools and languages such as Python or R.
• Knowledge of data storage technologies and ability to use SQL queries with relational databases.
• Ability to manipulate large data sets and condense them into useful information.
• Experience with mobile, PC, and web software.

Nice to have

• Previous internship experience.
