What you will do
- Maintain accounting records for multiple entities across different jurisdictions.
- Review employee expense reports and ensure proper documentation, approvals, and VAT treatment.
- Prepare payment requests and coordinate with treasury to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Maintain the general ledger and support accurate classification and posting of journal entries.
- Perform quarterly reconciliations with contractors and related entities.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities and participate in the migration of accounting processes to SAP.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of accounting experience.
- English at B2 level or higher for daily communication.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with international teams.
- Responsibility, attention to detail, and a result-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to learn and develop in international accounting.
