Internship (d/f/m) within Helicopters Maintenance Definition & Improvement

Location: Donauwörth, Germany; onsite at the hirify.global Helicopters site

Start: As soon as possible. Duration: 3–6 months, with a six-month internship offered within the Design Office for Maintenance and Ground Support Operations.

hirify.global develops helicopters from the initial concept through to airworthy products and supports maintenance and ground operations for helicopter fleets.

What you will do

• Support the improvement of maintenance plans for existing helicopter models.
• Evaluate and propose process improvements for maintenance management.
• Analyze and propose integrated digital support for defining maintenance tasks and intervals.
• Use 3D model data to support maintenance task and interval definition.
• Collaborate with the Maintenance and Ground Operations department and related interfaces.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering, preferably with an aeronautical or mechanical background.
• Familiarity with CAD software, specifically CATIA.
• Process-oriented mindset with strong self-organization and project management abilities.
• Good teamwork and willingness to collaborate.
• Intermediate English proficiency required.

• Basic understanding of helicopter systems and architectures.
