SAP Solution Program Manager (Hybrid)

Location: Hybrid, based in the Hammersmith, UK office; approximately 10% travel, varying with business needs.

What you will do

• Plan, manage, execute, and deliver SAP ERP and other business application programs on time.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, budgets, and quality standards with stakeholders.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, Gantt charts, status updates, and RAIDE registers across cross-functional workstreams.
• Lead release-based program core teams and steering committee meetings.
• Guide project teams on computer systems validation procedures and support problem solving and scenario analysis.
• Assess risks, issues, mitigation options, change requests, and the impact of Agile PI planning outputs.

Requirements

• Experience leading the development, testing, and delivery of SAP ERP projects.
• Experience working with Agile teams to deliver strategic projects against concrete deadlines.
• Strong understanding of SAP applications and program management practices.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus technical discipline and program management experience.
• Willingness to work in the hybrid Hammersmith, UK office and travel approximately 10%.

Nice to have

• Project management certification.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Mulesoft, Arena, and Clarity.
