Front-End Developer (Marketing AI)

Location: New York, New York, United States; hybrid workplace with remote and in-office work. Working hours are expected to follow US Eastern Standard Time to support large US customers.

Salary: $80,000–$95,000 per year base salary.

What you will do

• Build and edit responsive emails, display banners, landing pages, and Facebook ads in HTML, PSD, Sketch, PDF, JPG, and other formats.
• Produce digital marketing assets, templates, and images using industry best practices.
• Configure platforms for email, web, and push notification campaigns.
• Follow rigorous QA processes to ensure accurate, error-free asset delivery.
• Coordinate project launch activities and support Project Managers with planning and execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve issues and launch campaigns on time.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of front-end development experience.
• Strong experience building cross-client, responsive HTML email templates.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Adobe Photoshop or equivalent design software.
• Educational background in Computer Science, Web Development, Software Engineering, or Web Design.
• Experience with web design, campaign management, online advertising channels, and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; ability to work US Eastern Standard Time hours from the New York office in a hybrid setup.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat.
• Basic video editing knowledge.
• Experience with Python-based web scripting and Selenium automation frameworks.
