Salary: $110,000–$130,000 per year, based on relevant experience.

What you will do
- Evaluate, implement, and roll out AI-enabled tools and workflows across creative, production, and operational teams.
- Develop prompts, templates, custom agents, integrations, guardrails, and quality standards for AI-assisted creative work.
- Prototype interactive, generative, web-based, and experiential concepts for pitches and client projects.
- Own MATTE’s website, including maintenance, editorial updates, case studies, capabilities, and leadership content.
- Lead client-facing websites, landing pages, microsites, digital toolkits, and interactive experiences from brief through launch.
- Manage responsive QA, performance, accessibility, usability, digital systems, reusable components, and external technical partners.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in creative technology, digital design and development, interactive production, or a comparable hybrid role.
- Portfolio demonstrating digital design, website or interactive work, and technical experimentation.
- Hands-on experience implementing AI tools in creative or production contexts, including generative media, LLM workflows, custom agents, or automation.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Working knowledge of front-end development and no-code/low-code platforms, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Webflow, or Framer.
- Experience with content-management systems, responsive design, user experience, digital production, and web-development workflows.
Nice to have
- Creative agency, design studio, production company, or similarly fast-paced environment experience.
- Motion design, creative coding, real-time or generative tools, APIs, analytics, or SEO experience.
