Project Manager/Epic Deliver Owner MEA (Healthcare): Leading end-to-end delivery of strategic Epics across healthcare and insurance initiatives with an accent on delivery governance, cross-functional coordination, and stakeholder alignment. Focus on managing scope, budgets, risks, dependencies, regulatory requirements, and value realization across Agile Release Trains.

What you will do
- Own strategic Epics from ideation, refinement, and planning through implementation, closure, and benefits realization.
- Develop delivery plans covering scope, milestones, resources, budgets, risks, dependencies, and constraints.
- Coordinate Agile Teams, Agile Release Trains, business functions, technology teams, operations, and external partners.
- Communicate delivery status, decisions, risks, and escalations to executives, sponsors, subject matter experts, and delivery teams.
- Monitor scope, schedule, quality, and budget; remove impediments and ensure clarity of priorities and deliverables.
- Maintain RAID logs, action trackers, reporting packages, and delivery documentation; lead quality checks and post-implementation reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience delivering complex initiatives, preferably in healthcare or insurance.
- Strong understanding of Scaled Agile Framework and Agile delivery practices.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams or Agile Release Trains.
- Strong analytical, communication, leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with Jira, MS Project, PowerPoint, Visio, and Azure DevOps; experience writing epics, features, and user stories and supporting UAT or readiness activities.
Nice to have
- PMP or Prince2 certification.
- SAFe certification.
