What you will do
- Work with business stakeholders to design complex reports using data from one or multiple enterprise systems.
- Deliver executive-ready reports and presentations with strategic, data-driven recommendations.
- Review report accuracy, resolve complex data-quality issues, and maintain data governance in assigned systems.
- Analyze trends and patterns, investigate root causes, and advise stakeholders on business decisions.
- Design enterprise-level dashboards, analytical models, data pipelines, and optimized cloud data warehouse transformations.
- Coach junior analysts in data governance, report design, analysis, data presentation, and organizational effectiveness.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of relevant work experience; candidates without a degree may be considered with 12+ years of extensive and varied experience.
- Advanced knowledge of enterprise systems, data governance, strategic data policy, compliance frameworks, and multi-domain integrations.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Python, and SQL skills.
- Experience with advanced data modeling, enterprise dashboards, data pipelines, cloud data warehouses, and data validation.
- Strong presentation, stakeholder advisory, conflict resolution, and business analysis skills, including presenting to Director-level and above audiences.
- Transportation and logistics knowledge is preferred.
