Senior Finance Controlling & Tax Consultant

Location: Maia, Portugal; remote work option available.

What you will do

• Support financial steering, governance, and operational finance for the Portugal hub.
• Build and manage the hub's financial backbone, including invoicing, cost allocation, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Support intercompany business models, transfer pricing interfaces, and SLA-based service models.
• Coordinate with business area controlling, operations leadership, corporate finance, group tax, legal, payroll, and global mobility.
• Support the potential future setup of an additional hub in Eastern Europe.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in a shared services, hub, matrix, or international corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of intercompany charging, SLA-based finance models, transfer pricing interfaces, budgeting, forecasting, cost center management, and financial reporting.
• Practical knowledge of international or European corporate tax, including employee deployment and permanent establishment implications.
• Experience working with group tax, legal, payroll, and global mobility stakeholders.
• Fluent English required.
