Senior Associate Tax, Transfer Pricing

What you will do

• Prepare and coordinate the annual OECD Transfer Pricing Master File, U.S. Section 6662 documentation, and local-country transfer pricing files.
• Collect data, review statutory financial information, and perform financial analyses related to intercompany transactions.
• Support functional and economic analysis updates, including interviews, entity profiles, and standardized report language.
• Coordinate with Finance, cross-functional stakeholders, and external advisors to gather documentation and review deliverables.
• Maintain templates, track deadlines, perform consistency checks, and support technology-enabled documentation tools.
• Prepare supporting files for tax authority inquiries and transfer pricing audits while contributing to process improvements.

Requirements

• Exposure to transfer pricing, international tax, or multinational tax compliance activities.
• Experience in a multinational enterprise, public accounting firm, or shared services environment.
• Ability to support financial analysis, data collection, documentation review, and coordination across functions.
• Interest in AI-assisted solutions, data analytics, automation tools, or technology-enabled documentation processes.

Nice to have

• Experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other intellectual property-driven industries.
