Financial Controller

What you will do

• Define and drive financial targets through yearly forecasts, multi-year budget planning, and quarterly forecasting exercises.
• Prepare consolidated project and program financial reports, analyze quantitative and qualitative data, and identify discrepancies, risks, and opportunities.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities while maintaining consistency and compliance across reporting tools and processes.
• Manage project financial controlling activities, including purchase order approval and auditing, cost transfers, rebooking of misbooked costs, and cost review support.
• Maintain financial master data structures such as CBS, WBS, and cost centers across planning and forecasting tools.
• Support EAC processes, inventory controlling, project setup, management-tool monitoring, and supplier invoice approvals.

Requirements

• Business Management education in Finance or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in financial controlling or a related area.
• Experience with SAP, IFRP, SAC/Fiori, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Understanding of GAAP or IFRS accounting principles.
• Strong analytical, data-management, problem-solving, communication, and improvement-oriented skills.
• English is required; French, German, or Spanish would be an advantage.
