Finance Director (Music)

What you will do

• Partner with the Country General Manager, regional leadership, and commercial functions on strategic decisions and business growth.
• Lead country budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, management reporting, and performance analysis.
• Evaluate artist signings, licensing, royalty, publishing, distribution, investment, and M&A opportunities.
• Develop financial models, business cases, scenario analyses, valuations, and due diligence assessments.
• Oversee accounting, treasury, payroll, royalty processing, cash flow, and financial close activities.
• Strengthen financial controls, governance, compliance, process automation, cost optimization, and risk management.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of progressive experience across commercial finance, FP&A, financial control, and business partnering.
• Experience leading finance for an in-country business within a multinational or large international organization.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, business cases, performance reporting, and commercial decision support.
• Experience leading finance operations, internal controls, governance, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business, or a related discipline; CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred.
• Fluent English and Tagalog are required. Knowledge of IFRS, tax, statutory compliance, ERP systems, and financial analysis tools is expected.

Nice to have

• Experience in media, entertainment, consumer, or another fast-paced industry.
• MBA in Finance or Accounting.
