Accounting & Operations Manager - Philippines (Semiconductor)

Location: Remote in the Philippines

What you will do

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities and manage the general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Manage semiconductor supply chain accounting, including inventory valuation, COGS, and equipment depreciation.
• Prepare PFRS/IFRS financial statements and present performance and variance analyses to executive leadership.
• Lead BIR tax return preparation and filing, SEC and local compliance, and regulatory audits.
• Audit operational workflows, implement internal controls, standardize SOPs, and automate processes through cloud-based ERP systems.
• Coordinate with operations, department heads, external auditors, banks, and legal counsel on budgets, assets, and technical inventory.

Requirements

• Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a closely related field.
• 5–10 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Deep knowledge of Philippine taxation, BIR filings, SEC compliance, and PEZA/BOI regulations.
• Advanced cloud-based ERP skills and expert-level Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills are required for virtual executive-level reporting.
