Lead TA Partner (AI & Technology)

Location: Warsaw, Poland, Inflancka office; hybrid working arrangement

Salary: 107,500–153,300 PLN gross per year

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy across key business areas, owning delivery and hiring outcomes.
• Partner with senior leaders and HR Business Partners on talent strategy, market intelligence, role design, and level calibration.
• Design innovative sourcing strategies using AI-enabled tools, data insights, talent mapping, and non-traditional channels.
• Build talent pipelines for AI, digital, technology, and other emerging capabilities.
• Analyze ATS data and market trends to provide actionable insights and improve hiring decisions, speed, quality, and candidate experience.
• Contribute to transformation of the talent acquisition function and strengthen the employer brand through strategic storytelling and executive engagement.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of recruitment experience, ideally across global or multi-market hiring.
• Strong experience recruiting for technology, AI, or data-driven roles.
• Strategic-level experience influencing senior stakeholders and hiring decisions.
• Advanced sourcing skills, including AI tools, data insights, and creative talent mapping.
• Knowledge of predictive analytics, compensation positioning, market dynamics, and talent trends.
• Fluent English and the ability to work across countries and regions outside Western Europe.
