Territory Manager (Middle of Jutland) - Fixed Term Contract (Oral-B)

Location: Copenhagen General Office, with field-based coverage of Middle Jutland, Denmark

What you will do

• Own the Middle Jutland territory and drive its commercial success.
• Build relationships with dental professionals and influence the usage and recommendation of Oral-B products.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings and educational lunch meetings.
• Present at Dental Congresses, Trade Fairs, and Scientific Exchanges.
• Develop expertise in Oral-B products, sales techniques, and influencing methods.
• Plan field activity, make independent decisions, and prioritize actions to achieve targets.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, sales, or healthcare is beneficial; strong relationship-building and service-oriented skills are required.
• Ability to work autonomously, plan effectively, and make independent priority decisions.
• Confidence presenting educational content to large audiences.
• Digital literacy is required; Microsoft Office knowledge is desirable.
• Valid driving license for Denmark is required.
• Fluent Danish communication skills are required, along with good written and spoken English.
