Senior Business Process Analyst

hirify.global’s Service Solutions Europe function supports aftersales operations for Consumer and Professional Products.

What you will do

• Maintain and evolve business process documentation across online, contact, service, and parts operations.
• Lead projects from initiation through go-live, including requirements workshops, system design alignment, testing coordination, and cutover planning.
• Monitor post-launch performance and provide management reporting.
• Coordinate the transition to business-as-usual by updating support documentation, arranging training, tracking incident trends, and communicating new processes to IT Helpdesk and support teams.
• Coordinate security and compliance with European Global Information Security by maintaining application impact assessments, evaluating access requirements, and identifying security assessment needs.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in business process analysis, documentation, and modelling using tools such as Nimbus, UML, or Visio.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and/or AWS EKS Kubernetes.
• Experience with one or more programming languages, ideally C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Experience with AI in the IT domain, including documentation, testing, or proof-of-concept work.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across business, IT, architecture, development, and project management teams.
