Visual Merchandiser (Revit)

Location: Delft, Netherlands; store-based role

Salary: €3,000–€3,659 gross per month based on a full-time 40-hour contract and experience

What you will do

• Plan and implement relevant, inspiring, affordable, and commercial range presentation solutions for the store.
• Use consumer behaviour, local market, home furnishing, store layout, and retail knowledge to improve the shopping experience.
• Apply national directions, global tools, proven solutions, and best practices while maintaining quality, efficiency, simplicity, and cost consciousness.
• Contribute to department action plans, long-term profitability, and the store's commercial calendar.
• Work with other functions to deliver presentation initiatives and maintain an innovative, up-to-date store environment.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of proven experience in a similar role.
• Design-based educational qualification and relevant experience in a design-oriented role are preferred.
• Passion for home furnishing, people, retailing, communication, and current trends.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to transfer knowledge to individuals and groups.
• Knowledge of Revit is required. English communication skills are required.
