Operations Team Member (Digital Printing)

Salary: €37,614.59–€52,416 per year

What you will do

• Perform screen and digital printing, finishing, weeding, plotting, and packing of printed rolls and emblems.
• Cut heat-transfer label sheets using a motion cutter and inspect incoming goods and printing-line quality.
• Support ink mixing, screen exposing, and shipping activities.
• Perform maintenance and minor technical repairs on buildings, grounds, equipment, and installations.
• Document maintenance activities to support operational safety and reliability.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and/or English, spoken and written.
• Technical mindset with strong solution-oriented problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with PMS and RAL color systems.
• Careful, clean, organized, and stress-resistant working style.
• Strong team spirit.
