What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of Revenue Operations professionals.
• Develop and implement sales structures and processes to maximize productivity.
• Manage and maintain sales data, reporting systems, and incentive programs.
• Provide training and support to the sales team regarding operations.
• Analyze sales trends to identify and execute areas for improvement.
