Site Activation Specialist-Portugal

What you will do

• Serve as the single point of contact for feasibility, site activation, and selected maintenance activities at investigative sites.
• Review documents for completeness, consistency, and accuracy, and prepare site documentation under senior guidance.
• Coordinate the completion and distribution of regulatory, contractual, ethics, informed consent, and investigator pack documents.
• Track document approvals and execution, while maintaining databases, tracking tools, timelines, and project plans.
• Collaborate with Site Activation Managers, Project Management, internal departments, sites, sponsors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science or a related field.
• At least 3 years of prior clinical research experience.
• Experience with Ethics Committee and Regulatory Authority submissions, contract and budget negotiations, study start-up, and site activation.
• Knowledge of applicable functional and regulatory requirements, local regulations, SOPs, and ICH/GCP.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with colleagues, managers, and sponsors.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
