Project Manager (Solar Products)

Location: Onsite in Shenzhen, China

hirify.global develops and distributes off-grid solar energy products and services, combining solar technology, energy-efficient appliances, installation, and pay-as-you-go financing.

What you will do

• Plan, execute, monitor, control, and close projects for solar lanterns, solar home systems, inverters, and related products.
• Manage new product development from requirements definition through deployment and mass production.
• Define project scope, schedules, budgets, implementation plans, and risk mitigation measures.
• Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring availability, efficient allocation, and on-time delivery.
• Track project performance, manage scope and schedule changes, and revise plans when required.
• Report project outcomes and risks, escalating issues through the appropriate management channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in technology or science.
• Over five years of project management experience in the consumer electronics industry.
• Solid technical background with experience or hands-on understanding of product design and development.
• Experience developing and managing integrated, multi-track battery, inverter, or other consumer product projects.
• Strong attention to deadlines, risk management, and budgetary guidelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
