What you will do
- Develop and maintain project-specific Quality Management Plans for new oil and gas and packaging projects.
- Coordinate certifications, regulatory compliance, safety inspections, punch closure, and project quality documentation.
- Lead customer quality interfaces, including FAT activities, deviation approvals, inspections, and complaint resolution.
- Manage non-conformances through root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions.
- Drive process improvement and monitor supplier quality through audits, assessments, source inspections, and Inspection & Test Plan reviews.
- Conduct internal audits, maintain quality records, and report quality performance, dashboards, and KPIs to project leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
- 5–7 years of experience in project quality management, preferably in the energy, manufacturing, or industrial sector.
- Experience independently managing complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of quality control, ISO 9000 systems, root cause analysis, internal auditing, change control, and test planning.
- Experience with process improvement, risk and workflow management, troubleshooting, and analytical problem-solving.
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification.
