Location: Washington, District of Columbia, United States; hybrid work model with a minimum of three days per week in the office. Standard business hours are Monday through Friday, with daily reporting deadlines at 11:00 AM ET. Access to US export-controlled software or technology may be required.
Salary: $90,000–$130,000 USD per year, plus potential annual equity awards and employee benefits.

is a space-to-cloud analytics company operating a satellite constellation, global ground station network, and data infrastructure for maritime, aviation, and weather tracking.
What you will do
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, collection metrics, revenue recognition documentation, and audit-ready records for NRO programs.
- Coordinate biweekly stakeholder meetings, internal meetings, Project Management Reviews, agendas, materials, meeting notes, and action-item follow-up.
- Support routine NRO and Department of War communications, draft responses, track customer requests, and escalate complex issues to the Program Manager.
- Assist with new collection campaign setup, RFGL projects, Space Force TacSRT exercises, daily standups, slide decks, and reporting.
- Track deliverables, milestones, contract compliance documentation, invoicing records, and upcoming deadlines.
- Facilitate coordination between government customers and IT/Security, Engineering, Business Development, and other technical teams.
Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, a space-related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in administration, coordination, or junior project support; government contracting experience is preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance, or hold an active Secret clearance.
- Strong organization, written communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, and ability to learn new systems and databases.
- Professional communication skills and ability to work independently after training while interacting with government clients.
Nice to have
- Active Secret or Top Secret clearance.
- Experience supporting Department of War or Intelligence Community contracts.
- Project management tools and principles, government reporting systems, or databases.
- Experience with data compilation, formatting, quality control, financial or invoicing processes.
- Background in aerospace, defense, or technology.
