What you will do

• Manage the Proposal Center and oversee the development and submission of government and commercial task order, project, and IDIQ proposals.
• Plan, organize, facilitate, and execute proposal activities in both prime and subcontractor roles.
• Coordinate proposal writing, editing, graphics, formatting, estimating, pricing, data calls, production, and submission of technical and cost volumes.
• Create proposal templates, compliance matrices, schedules, and review materials; lead status meetings and proposal reviews.
• Participate in capture discussions to align proposals with bid strategy and RFP requirements.
• Supervise, mentor, train, and evaluate Proposal Analysts and Proposal Writers while ensuring milestones and quality standards are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 4+ years of related experience, or 8+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Demonstrated experience leading proposal teams and managing multiple proposals from planning through delivery.
• Experience with technical proposal writing and management for technical products and logistics services.
• Experience preparing pricing volumes, including work breakdown structures and bases of estimate, within government contracting processes.
• Background in the aerospace and defense industry, the U.S. Department of Defense, or the U.S. Military.
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance are required.

Nice to have

• APMP certification.
• Knowledge of industry-specific proposal tools and software.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, or Acrobat.
• Advanced MS Word formatting, outlining, and graphics integration skills.
