Salary: €82,900–€144,210 annual base pay

What you will do
- Lead the Primary Recovery shift organization supporting production of intermediate pharmaceutical products.
- Develop manufacturing supervisors and operators through direction, coaching, performance management, and talent development.
- Manage department performance against production plans and key performance indicators while maintaining safe, compliant, and reliable operations.
- Strengthen quality and compliance culture by reinforcing GMP expectations and addressing operational issues early.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, reliability, structured problem solving, and future growth.
- Partner with Quality, MSAT, Maintenance, Planning, EHS, and other Operations departments to optimize processes and resolve challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- 8–10 years of practical industrial experience in operations management.
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Experience leading change in a complex operational environment.
- Strong communication, coaching, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Agile Manufacturing, Business Intelligence, CMC, cost-benefit analysis, gap analysis, and plant operations.
- Knowledge of inclusive leadership, organizational knowledge, and team management.
