What you will do

• Work within a product team alongside full-time engineers from the first day.
• Build, ship, and monitor production features used by engineering teams during live incidents.
• Own at least one meaningful project end to end, from idea and implementation through release and user feedback.
• Develop AI-native features that investigate incidents, explain what is happening, and increasingly fix issues automatically.
• Collaborate through stand-ups, code reviews, and in-person product discussions.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience programming in at least one language, such as Go, C#, Python, Ruby on Rails, or JavaScript.
• Bias for action, ownership, curiosity, and willingness to learn from mistakes.
• Ability to collaborate in person and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work from the London office at least 3 days per week.
