International Tax Manager, Personal Income Tax

What you will do

• Advise on personal income tax and social security matters across active countries.
• Assess equity options, payment structures, salary packages, and benefits for tax efficiency.
• Work with payroll to determine fund flows and evaluate local tax exposures.
• Support client tax questions and recurring advisory needs.
• Build documentation resources covering common and potential customer tax questions.

Requirements

• Solid experience in collections, preferably in a consultancy environment.
• Prior experience with international taxation and financial operations.
• Experience with a global law firm, fintech, or startup company.
• Strong negotiation, influencing, communication, and data-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Fluent English, strong automation capabilities, and AI fluency required.
